How does the booking process work?
1. We set up a phone call via email to talk through all things wedding planning and make sure we are a good fit!
2. You'll sign a contract and a 30% deposit is due upon booking.
3. We shoot your engagements!
4. The remainder of your investment is due one month before your wedding date.
5. We get you MARRIED!
Where are you based out of? Do you travel for weddings?
I'm based out of Colorado Springs, CO and travel all over the state for weddings. I love to travel out of state and have limited ability for these per year. Ask me about my travel packages!
What is your turnaround time?
6-8 weeks for weddings and 2-3 weeks for engagements!
How many images do you deliver?
One thing you won't find me doing is putting a cap on the number of images in your gallery or upselling. You can expect a minimum of 50 images per hour and I will always deliver all good images, even if it takes more editing time on my end. You deserve only the best!
Do you send sneak peeks?
Yup. Mhmm. Always. You can expect a sneak peek gallery within one week of your wedding. I'm just as excited to edit them as you are to see them!
Can you photoshop me?
I do not alter the way you look aside from temporary blemishes or anything that would normally not be there (pimples, bruises, bug bites, spinach in your teeth). If you are conscious about anything, please let me know and I can be mindful while we shoot.
What is your photo backup process?
We've all heard the Tik Tok horror stories of photographers loosing wedding day images, and I'm committed to making sure my couples are never the ones to tell them. I'm incredibly passionate about having a strong photo backup process. When I say I don't take it lightly that you are trusting me as your photographer, I mean it.
On your wedding day, I show up wearing two dual-slot mirrorless cameras. It looks super cool, I know. Dual slot means my cameras are writing to two SD cards in the camera, thus creating an immediate copy while I shoot. Once I get home, your images are backed up to three different places. I do not format/overwrite those cards until your full gallery has been delivered as an additional backup. Additionally, all of my packages include a second photographer so not only are you receiving different angles and perspectives in your final gallery, you also have a backup photographer there in case anything ever happened.
3. The big day
The one we've been waiting for. During wedding planning, we'll chat through all things you can expect from me on your wedding day. It's been said you spend the most time with your wedding photographer over any other vendors, and I don't take it lightly that you chose me to document your day. I can't wait to celebrate you!
